At SugarMe, I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service I can offer. That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their SugarMe experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience at SugarMe goes as smoothly as possible.

Please be mindful

I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee of 50%.

Running Late?

If you show up late to your appointment (without letting me know), I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since I don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily. Do not hesitate to WhatsApp me if you are running late!
