My biggest recommendation for a first time is bring comfortable clothes, preferably ones that are not very tight on your skin or made of synthetic fabrics. This is especially important for the Full Hollywood Wax, since the friction of the underwear against your groin can cause a lot of irritation, anything loose and made of cotton should be perfect. 

Some clients take Paracetamol before the treatment and reported reduced pain.  If you are very scared of the pain this is something you can definitely try.

No worries! I'll take care of it, sometimes waxing when the hair is too long is more painful so I will make sure to trim it to a length that is more convenient for waxing.

If you are comfortable with that then by all means! Just make sure to wear a tampon or a cup.

Removing hair from the skin will always be painful to some degree or another, I'm not gonna lie, but it really does get much better after the first time and certainly many clients even get used to it. Sugaring is still much more gentle on your skin than waxing so many people find it overall less painful.

If you currently shave and you are thinking about a first appointment with us I recommend minimum 2 weeks of growth. I can remove hair as short as 0.5 mm, everyone's hair grows at different rates and I have waxed people after a week of their last shave with good results just keep in mind that there is a chance the results will not be as good as you expect since not all the hair has enough time to grow.
